About Us

It all started in 1970, when the Blume family started their first company, Central Arizona Excavation. 

After gaining 30+ years of experience in the 

industry, the company transitioned into R Blume Underground. We've now expanded to serving all of Arizona and the Southwest. 


We began as a family company with a commitment to deliver unparalleled services to our clients and shared communities. Despite our growth, we are still true to that commitment. In just four years, R Blume Underground grew into a striving company. As a result, we decided to start our sister company R Streamline Design focusing on telecommunications.

A father and son duo founded R Blume Underground in 2010. Over time Team Red built partnerships with our customers and vendors. Our partnerships allow us to leverage industry knowledge, strengthen our resources and empower our employees. R Blume Underground is constantly innovating with the latest research and technology. As a result, we can keep our focus on Primary and Secondary Installation/ Repairs, Jack and Boring, Trenchless Technologies, and many other services.

We founded our sister company R Streamline Design in 2014. Staying true to the power side we can address the need for Telecommunications. As a result, we can focus on Communications Installation, Aerial and Underground Fiber Optics Installation, and many other services. Team Red continues to build partnerships with customers and vendors all over Arizona and the Southwest.
